I am the founder and lead endurance coach at Evexia. With over 20 years of endurance sports experience and a professional background in digital product management, I apply agile methodologies to deliver flexible, data-driven plans that support each athlete’s journey to peak fitness and health.Professional Qualifications & Approach:I'm certified by the British Triathlon Federation. I blend sports science with a practical, health and results focused approach to coaching. I'm known for my kindness, calm demeanor, attentive listening, and expertise. I like to build strong relationships with clients, guiding them through customised, progress-oriented plans that balance endurance, health, and life demands.I'm bilingual in English and Portuguese. I have coached diverse age groups to complete triathlons and running events. My coaching goes beyond performance, it’s about instilling confidence, resilience, and a sustainable approach to wellbeing.Athletic Achievements:Ironman Triathlons: I completed Ironman UK (2008) and Ironman Barcelona (2009), experiences that shaped my approach to guiding clients through extensive training plans for ambitious endurance events.
Long-Distance Triathlon: I conquered the Alpe D’Huez Long Distance Triathlon in the French Alps, renowned for its elevation and rigorous demands. This enhanced my approach to strength, conditioning, nutrition and hydration, and high-altitude performance.
Half Ironman Triathlons: I completed 4 Half Ironman races, providing me with insights into balancing intense training with life commitments.
Trail Runs and Half-Marathon: I secured top positions in my age group at challenging trail events highlighting the importance of adaptability and strategy in varying terrains.
Short-Distance Triathlons: I competed in numerous sprint and Olympic triathlons, honing versatility and speed.
Charity Events: I participated in a 100 km charity bike ride and the Will Mackaness Charity Swim (100x100m), blending my passion for endurance with community impact. These events taught me valuable lessons in pacing, mental endurance, and safety.

• Fortnightly structured endurance training programme(swim, bike, and/or run).
• Fortnightly coached sessions(remote).

• Ad-hoc contact.
• Gear and gadget advice .
Three-Month Trial Available
Explore the package with a three-month trial period, offering flexibility before committing to the full term.
Minimum Commitment: 8 months.

Premium Package

£1,142 per month

The ultimate in endurance coaching with hands-on, face-to-face support.This package includes everything in the Remote Package, plus:• Weekly Structured Training Plans.
• Real-time feedback and support.
• Fortnightly In-person Strength & Mobility Sessions
(subject to location).
• Mobility & Fitness Assessment .
Three-Month Trial Available
Explore the package with a three-month trial period, offering flexibility before committing to the full term.
Minimum Commitment: 8 months.

£965 for 10 Sessions

Flexible, on-demand coaching sessions for specific guidance without a monthly commitment, including:10 x 1-Hour Sessions - Flexible sessions to be used at your pace, within 10 months.
